We directly participate with Delta Dental. You will be responsible for your co-payment only, as long as the necessary treatment is a covered procedure and you have not exceeded your annual benefit.
If you have dental coverage through a different insurance company, we will electronically submit your claim on your behalf. During your consultation, we will estimate the amount of coverage available for your endodontic treatment and will require payment from you at the time of service for the cost of treatment not covered by your carrier.
Most insurance companies will remit payment within four to six weeks. When this remittance is applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you and any overpayment will be promptly refunded. Please remember that you are personally responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. In the event that your insurance claim is denied, you are responsible for the full amount of the treatment.
